I have a beautiful shape I weigh 121 and I have right under my butt like three rows on each side it really bothers me but I'm going to do this! I could feel the tightness when I do the exercise so I'm pretty sure it's going to work put on top of that I have a bad back so some of them I can't really do but the leg lifting part is awesome thanks letting me share

- 5th on track 😏
From now gonna quit on sugar and junk food/Also start running and doing work out and stratch for dancers( doing dance practice a little too))

Ive been doing this work out for a week now(5/7 days) and I defiantly see results. I always do 10-20 minutes of cardio to arm up and then ill usually do this video and an additional lower body video. I always end my session with abs. Its a moderately difficult workout. If you're like me and so it multiple days in a row you will defiantly feel sore.

If you really want to see results, it's important to commit to getting the work to done and keeping your diet in check.

Today is June 1st I'm starting to do it every day except of one rest day in a week and I will do twice a week light weigh workout and once a week some 15 min of cardio and I will also dance a little bit , I will update at the end of the month about some results, good luck to everyone❤

This looks very effective. I/m going to do this every day and update here.
Day 1~ 2 rounds. I modified a couple exercises for effectiveness Curtsy Lunge instead of lunge kickback. Froggies on an exercise ball instead of laying on the floor for straight leg kickback (laying on your stomach like that is not good my back) and I can tell this will be very effective
Update~this killed my banana roll area 🤣 and I have already noticed a little bit of filling out. The kind of banana roll I have is less about fat and more about not having enough muscle built there, I'm doing it again today! I had to wait a day because I was so sore.
Day 3~I did this workout twice and I am already seeing my booty poppin! I do other things, such as ride a bike a lot and I don't eat junk food very often plus I drink amino acids to help my muscles.
Update This is really effective but you either gotta pay for one of the more advanced programs or modify it yourself to make it more challenging or just do more rounds.

ill give an lil update for every day for 2 weeks
day 1- i see no change
day 2- this day left me so sore, still no change
day 3- i feel like it is changing but so far no
day 4 -same as 3
day 5- this workout is getting easier, i see very very little change
day 6- i see a little change but i feel like something more should be happening
(I took a 2 day break whoops)
day 7- their still noticeable but they are starting to look better
(so i accidently took a 5 day break)
day 8- honestly for some reason i was so confident today, and its getting better

im staring over lol
day 1 (june 10) - ive felt self consious about it alot so im trying it again

Hey, I have a question - my legs grow muscles very fast, so i am wondering if I do the deadlift with 10 pounds as well as the squat would that bulk up my legs in any way? Cause I've done some hiit exercises and for 2 months my legs were too big for my liking. Do you usually use additional weight when you train for butt and thigh?
